Surgeon

Surgeon is one of the most celebrated British producers of techno and an important person on the Birmingham scene. This year saw the release of his new album “Crash Recoil”, a comeback to the Tresor label and a first longplay for the Berlin company since 1999’s “Force+Form”, a defining record for the new sound of industrial techno. Its cold, less harsh sound was presented in the form of longform meditations on textures paving a way for fascinating techno mutations.
