The Transcendence Orchestra live

The Transcendence Orchestra is actually a duo, not an orchestra, but its music is so intense you might mistake Anthony Child (Surgeon) and Daniel Bean for more musicians. This project founded in 2015 was meant to explore the effect of tone on consciousness and artists themselves call their performances “ceremonies”. Their droning improvisations—richly saturated with deep colours—escape any attempts at categorisation, floating between psychedelic and post-industrial palettes. Fun fact, they released more live albums than studio ones.
